Fremont Bank is hiring a Lead Teller in Fremont, CA to perform teller transactions, promote products, and support sales objectives. The role requires cash handling expertise, strong customer service, and compliance with banking regulations.

The Lead Teller will also conduct telemarketing and outside sales as needed, and maintain a professional appearance with flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2 years banking experience or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Regulation CC Exam, Operational Knowledge Exam and obtain Signing Authority.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Sales and customer service in a customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to perform telemarketing duties as assigned.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance required.
• Experience in Windows-based environments; MS Office knowledge.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

• Perform all teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Explain bank policies and procedures to customers.
