Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or financial services training preferred.
• Previous banking, financial services, or cash handling experience required; supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Knowledge of BayPort Credit Union products and services; ability to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions for members, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries, with accuracy.
• Provide excellent service to members and resolve questions related to BayPort’s products and services.
• Oversee vault management and handling of currency and instruments; ensure compliance with limits.
• Coordinate cash shipments with the Federal Reserve and perform cash audits.
• Supervise tellers; provide coaching and schedule as needed.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching sessions and document performance.
