Job summary

The role focuses on identifying financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and smoothly transitioning clients to a Banker for deeper financial planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller scheduling and coaching for branch tellers.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to Bankers for financial wellness conversations.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using wellness tools.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers.
