Qualifications

• Role requires transportation to travel to other branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch teller line and scheduling.
• Audit preparation and ensure policy compliance across the branch.
• Support branch manager to meet audits and standards.
• Provide coaching to develop teller staff and others.
• Monitor performance and report to management.
• Assist Branch Manager with hiring teller staff.
• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Identify customer needs and refer to platform partners.
• Balance and correct outages per policy.
• Process deposits and teller transactions with accuracy.
• Define and offer solutions to resolve problems.
• Follow security, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Complete required training for bank policies and procedures.
• Make sales calls to meet referral goals and document activity in Salesforce.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
• Meet scheduled working hours and dress code requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
