Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial III to join our Aerial Crew in Tucson, AZ. You will help install and repair aerial telecom cables, supporting technicians and ensuring safety and quality on every job.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in utility construction or related fields, a CDL Class A license, and the ability to pass background and drug screens. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of work-related experience in utility construction, telecommunications or laborer work.
• Proven leadership experience to direct workflow and produce high quality results.
• Able to pass background check and company drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Be the ground hand for technicians, provide parts as needed, move bucket truck as directed by technician.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notification of construction activities prior to starting each workday.
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment; drive company vehicles if licensed.
• Provide intermediate-level support with greater responsibility under supervision and following procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
