Henderson Engineers seeks a Lead Telecom Designer for its Mission Critical practice in Denver. You will design advanced building systems, prepare design documents, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams. You will mentor staff and participate in business development activities.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering with extensive experience, proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu, and strong communication and leadership skills. Denver-based, onsite with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 9 years of relevant experience or 10 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• FE exam is preferred; certifications aligned with sustainability are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs design documents, drawings, schematics and specs.
• Leads project and design efforts from concept through completion.
• Reviews shop drawings for conformance to plans and specs.
• Mentors less experienced designers and engineers.
• Oversees project staffing and coordination with project managers.
