Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale long-haul ILA installation projects. You will develop project plans, monitor performance, and anticipate client needs while mentoring colleagues to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, and leadership of the field team, with travel across multiple states as needed.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience as a Telecommunications Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation, civil or wireless construction a plus.
• Relevant post-secondary education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale long-haul ILA installation projects.
• Develop project plans, monitor performance, and anticipate client needs.
• Lead safety programs, quality plans, and incident investigations.
• Review schedules, address delays, and contribute to project timelines.
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects.
• Supervise craft employees and subcontractors; mentor staff.
