Job summary

Marotta Controls, Inc. in Montville, NJ is seeking a Technician/Mechanic III responsible for setting up and operating pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electromechanical assemblies for Space, Navy, and Aircraft applications.

You will assemble and test production hardware and subassemblies, following schematics and verbal instructions, and troubleshoot issues, performing necessary rework to ensure reliable performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing/testing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical/electro‑mechanical aptitude and ability to perform function tests.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all phases of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electromechanical assemblies for Space, Navy, and/or Aircraft applications.
• Assemble and test production hardware and subassemblies according to schematics and verbal/written specs.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform rework to return units to specification.
