Job summary

Marotta Controls, Inc. in Montville, NJ is seeking a Technician/Mechanic III to independently set up and operate pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electromechanical assemblies for Space, Navy, and Aircraft applications.

You will assemble and test production hardware according to schematics and written specifications. Responsibilities include reading documents, using measuring devices, performing functional tests, and troubleshooting with appropriate rework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assemblies for Space, Navy, and Aircraft applications.
• Read and follow schematics and written/verbal specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform rework as needed.
• Perform end-of-line functional testing on valve components and record results.
• Maintain accurate parts and tool counts for each job.
• Identify causes of test failures and propose corrective actions.
