Andrews Cooper Technology Inc is seeking a Technician Manager to lead the technician team in a fast-paced lab and shop environment across multiple client sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of mechanical, electrical, and system builds.

Ideal candidates have extensive automation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across locations with travel as required and a focus on mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on Automation experience.
• Willing to travel up to 20% across locations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Focus on safety and quality.
• Create process documentation for Technician team.
• Lead and manage technicians on mechanical, electrical, and system builds and tests.
• Oversee day-to-day lab and shop operations, scheduling, workload balancing, and priorities.
• Ensure adherence to standards, safety practices, and quality processes.
• Provide hands-on guidance for assembly, troubleshooting, and test activities.
• Partner with engineering leadership to support project execution and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and develop technicians through feedback and training.
