  • Provide hands-on technical guidance for assembly, troubleshooting, and test activities.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to support project execution and delivery timelines.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop technicians through feedback and training.

TECHNICIAN MANAGER

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional hands‑on experience in Automation as a Technician.
  • Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
  • Ability to travel for work‑related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Background checks are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong hands‑on background in mechanical assembly and basic electrical wiring or testing.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD models, drawings, electrical schematics, pneumatic schematics and work instructions.
  • Experience managing lab or shop workflows, tools, and equipment.
  • Electrical panel building experience to UL 508 standards.
  • Familiarity with NFPA 70 and 79.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented leadership style.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven consulting environment.
  • College level education, preference for management or technical focus.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide hands‑on technical guidance for assembly, troubleshooting, and test activities.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to support project execution and delivery timelines.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop technicians through feedback, training and career growth support.
