Global Industrial is seeking a skilled trainer to onboard and guide personnel on technical procedures, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role emphasizes delivering clear instruction, maintaining up-to-date procedures, and supporting field training staff.

You will ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA, develop training programs, prepare activity reports, and maintain organized records while coordinating regional training efforts.

Formación

• Significant direct industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable using computers, phones, and other office equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and stay organized.

Responsabilidades

• Instructs, onboards, and guides personnel on technical procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
• Maintains technical equipment repair procedures are up to date, and ensures optimal performance through regular inspections.
• Helps develop and implement technical training procedures and protocols.
• Assist in developing and implementing goals, objectives, and policies for Field Training Staff.
• Develop and implement safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as DOT and OSHA.
• Prepare reports on trainer activities, performance, and educational costs.
• Maintain organized technician files, record training requests, and manage the regional reports accordingly.
