Job summary

CoffeeSpace is recruiting for an anonymous fintech company in San Francisco to join as a technical writer, shaping technical storytelling for engineers. You’ll craft posts, deep dives, and social content that conveys complex topics clearly and engagingly.

You’ll work closely with the engineering team, reporting to the CTO and transforming engineers’ ideas into polished content that highlights their innovative work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, particularly within engineering teams.
• Proficient in blog publishing, social media content creation, and platforms like LinkedIn and X.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering blog end-to-end, from understanding shipped projects to publishing posts.
• Produce high-volume technical content, initially around 10 posts per month.
• Manage engineering-focused social content on X/Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, proactively finding stories to tell.
• Translate engineers' rough ideas into polished pieces that resonate with the team.
