Job summary

Mint Studios is seeking freelance writers to produce fintech-focused content. Writers will craft 2,000–3,000 word articles, usually in two-week cycles, based on SME interviews and desk research. A structured brief is completed before the first draft, followed by two rounds of edits and ongoing feedback.

Responsibilities include delivering 3–4 articles per month, learning about clients and audiences, and adapting to a collaborative, feedback-driven process. Flexible, remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience writing long-form articles (2,000–3,000 words) for clients.
• Ability to conduct interviews and synthesize insights from sources.
• Willingness to participate in an iterative editing process and respond to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Write 3–4 articles per month for one client.
• Each article is usually 2,000–3,000 words and takes about 2 weeks to write.
• 90% of articles based on interviews with SMEs plus desk research.
• Create an outline first, then complete two rounds of edits.
• Edit content based on feedback from editors.
• Complete a comprehensive questionnaire/brief before writing the first draft.
• Acquire knowledge about clients, products/services, and target audience.
