Qualifications

• Background in engineering, CS, or serious technical writing.
• Ability to translate engineers' rough ideas into sharp, publishable writing.
• Writes clearly with a point of view and respects reader intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering blog end to end—from understanding shipped work to publishing a posts that do it justice.
• Turn engineers' and founders' ideas into polished posts, deep dives, launch write-ups, and social content in their voice.
• Help the team publish strategically across socials, amplifying high-impact work.
