Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years delivering technology solutions and architecture.
• 5+ years coordinating multiple projects or portfolio teams.
• 3+ years in agile, fast-paced environments with ambiguity.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience (C#, Java, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance systems.
• Document solution architecture and communicate value propositions clearly.
• Own delivery of team deliverables through sprint planning.
• Provide technical leadership during code reviews to ensure quality.
• Mentor and grow a team of engineers and foster collaboration.
• Drive DevOps culture and ownership of platform health.
• Spend at least 50% of time coding and contributing to development.
