Job summary

You will partner with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure accuracy and create documentation reflecting product capabilities. The role emphasizes standards, AI-enabled processes, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience creating high-quality technical content and building partnerships across engineering, product, and support teams.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to create, review, validate, and manage technical information while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical documentation for enterprise hardware and software solutions, including installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, support, and UX teams to ensure accuracy and reflect product capabilities.
• Lead content standards and AI-enabled workflows to improve creation, review, and delivery of information for customers and teams.
• Learn complex technologies and customer workflows to keep information accurate and useful.
• Mentor writers and contributors to improve documentation quality and consistency.
