Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, ensuring data sensitivity compliance.
Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
Assess program performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Champion agile practices and continuous improvement within the team.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
