• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in a large org.
• Experience using AI capabilities to support program workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and risks, escalating when needed and ensuring data handling compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resources, and timelines, to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Use advanced analytics to assess performance and implement data-driven improvements for efficiency.
• Champion agile delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review and delivery-standard alignment.
