Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing development of complex technical systems through the product lifecycle.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar projects on-time and on-budget.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating internal and external teams within a complex engineering org.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to present complex info clearly to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own development and deployment of Anduril TRS technologies to meet DoW needs.
• Drive technical execution from concept through delivery and ensure contractual compliance.
• Bridge Program Managers and engineering teams to align objectives.
• Develop relationships with DoW customers and iterate solutions based on feedback.
• Autonomously handle broad requirements to deliver outcomes on multiple programs.
• Own all work and advise Anduril engineers on delivery.
• Implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning and risk management.
