Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace seeks a Senior Technical Operations Systems Specialist for Fleet Communications in Savannah, GA. The role oversees communications on aircraft systems, maintenance, and operations, translating complex technical information into clear guidance for customers and teams.

You will lead cross-functional projects with Customer Support, Field Service, Engineering and Operations, author proactive fleet communications, and drive Lean-based improvements to enhance reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or engineering technology or related field.
• 7 years of aircraft-related maintenance and operations experience.
• A&P license or EASA B1/B2 or FlightSafety Master Technician may offset degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the group in the absence of the group leader.
• Mentor subordinates within the group.
• Coordinate logistics, resources, and vendors to repair AOG aircraft.
• Respond to in-flight emergencies with coordination of resources and guidance.
