Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer lead for the Anvil product. You will bridge product engineering and deployed operations, leading field events, and enabling reliable, mission-focused deployments from Costa Mesa, CA.

You will travel to austere locations, support system maintenance, and collaborate with product teams to optimize performance across the Anvil portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience solving problems at the hardware–software–networking interface.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair critical components.
• Understanding of flight operations, aircraft systems, and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on the product; assist in event planning and resource allocation.
• Advise internal and customer teams on operational employment and best practices.
• Tackle complex issues related to hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments.
• Support military aviation and customer projects by executing field operations and training.
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams; keep stakeholders informed.
• Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for feature updates on the system.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation.
