Job summary

Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Management: lead planning, demos, retros, backlog refinement.
Backlog Ownership & User Stories: translate features into robust stories with DoR/DoD.
Capacity & Release Planning: manage capacity, release plans, and velocity metrics in Jira.
Team Shielding: protect downstream teams from ad-hoc changes and priority shifts.
Process Optimization: streamline workflows and reduce time-to-market.
Risk & Roadblock Management: mitigate risks and resolve blockers.
