We are partnering with an innovative, growing technology company seeking a Technical Architect Team Lead to join its Professional Services organization.

The company develops cloud-based enterprise collaboration software that helps product-focused organizations streamline workflows and improve how they design, develop, manufacture, and bring products to market. Its solutions support enterprise customers across industries including retail, apparel, footwear, and manufacturing.

Position Overview

The Technical Architect Team Lead will own technical solution architecture for complex enterprise customer implementations, including system integrations, data migrations, and customized technical requirements.

This role offers a combination of hands-on technical delivery, customer-facing solution design, strategic advisory, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, PLM platforms, and integrations across complex enterprise application environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for complex enterprise software implementations.
• Design and oversee integrations across PLM, ERP, PIM, DAM, BI, and other enterprise platforms.
• Define API integration strategies, data flows, synchronization processes, and error handling.
• Lead data migration initiatives, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and loading.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, reviewing solution configurations, code, and technical designs.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex implementation and architectural challenges.
• Partner directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support pre-sales engagements by assessing technical feasibility and advising on solution capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical architects and functional consultants.
• Establish architecture best practices, reusable frameworks, and technical delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence platform enhancements and future development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise software implementation, or SaaS delivery.
• Strong experience with enterprise PLM platforms; PTC FlexPLM experience is highly preferred.
• Background working within retail, apparel, footwear, manufacturing, or other product-driven industries.
• Demonstrated experience architecting complex enterprise integrations across PLM, ERP, PIM, DAM, and BI systems.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data migration, system integrations, software customization, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams and mentoring technical professionals.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
