For our client, we are seeking a Lead Technical Analyst - Real Estate Applications (Yardi) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead technical support and development efforts for the organization's real estate application environment, with a strong focus on automation, integrations, and operational reliability. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and globally distributed colleagues to translate needs into technical solutions and keep critical platforms running effectively. The position also plays a key role in guiding change, release, and issue-resolution activities across the application landscape.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $121,000-167,000 annually
