Qualifications

• 5+ years of Yardi experience in a support, analyst, or administrator role.
• Strong understanding of property management and accounting workflows.
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SSRS reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to create reports, queries, and stored procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in multifamily or commercial real estate environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Yardi support via ticketing system, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues while maintaining service levels.
• Configure new properties, entities, and system setups.
• Create custom reports and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Support SQL, SSRS, and Excel-based reporting initiatives.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Conduct user training and maintain system documentation.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and asset management teams to improve platform functionality.
• Assist with Yardi implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts.
• Develop best practices, procedures, and support documentation.
