Job summary

Woodpark Montessori Burnsville, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to develop and implement Montessori-based curriculum for toddlers. You will plan engaging activities, monitor progress, and foster a nurturing classroom environment.

The role emphasizes age-appropriate pedagogy, classroom safety, and collaboration with parents and staff to support children's development.

Qualifications

• CDA required or Montessori Certification strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience required.
• State-specific teaching license/registration.
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment preferred; willingness to learn Montessori philosophy.
• Strong communication with parents and staff required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred
• 2-5 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
