Job summary

Woodpark Montessori Burnsville, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to implement age-appropriate Montessori activities and support cognitive and social development. You’ll develop curriculum, lead engaging lessons, and document progress in a collaborative setting.

We value strong communication with families, a commitment to safety, and a passion for early childhood education. CDA and Montessori credentials are preferred; 2–5 years of experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a Montessori or early childhood setting.
• Montessori environment experience is strongly preferred; ability to follow Montessori philosophy.
• Excellent communication with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of age-appropriate Montessori curriculum.
• Plan engaging activities promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred
• 2-5 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
