Job summary

Woodpark Montessori Burnsville, part of the Endeavor Schools family, seeks a Lead Montessori Teacher to implement age-appropriate Montessori curricula and foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

You will lead innovative activities, ensure safety, monitor progress, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive learning environment across our schools nationwide.

Qualifications

• CDA required; Montessori Certification strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is preferred; willingness to learn Montessori philosophy.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred
• 2-5 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
