Job summary

Woodpark Montessori Burnsville, part of Endeavor Schools, seeks a Lead Toddler Teacher to develop and implement Montessori curriculum for toddlers, guiding activities that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will plan engaging lessons, monitor progress, ensure safety, and collaborate with families and staff in a supportive environment.

Certification preferred, 2–5 years experience, and willingness to embrace the Montessori philosophy.

Qualifications

• CDA or Montessori certification is required or strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in early childhood education.
• State-specific teaching requirements must be met.
• Experience in a Montessori environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication with parents and staff.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred
• 2-5 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
