Woodpark Montessori Burnsville is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum and nurture early learning in a warm classroom.

You will lead engaging activities, ensure child safety, monitor development, and collaborate with families and colleagues to create a joyful, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred
• 2-5 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
