Job summary

Woodpark Montessori Burnsville, part of the Endeavor Schools family, seeks a Lead Toddler Teacher to develop Montessori-based curricula and nurture early learning.

You will lead engaging activities, monitor progress, ensure safety, and collaborate with parents and staff; CDA or Montessori certification is preferred and 2–5 years of experience required; pay ranges from $18 to $23 per hour with benefits across Endeavor's 100+ schools.

• 2–5 years of teaching experience required.
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is preferred.
• Strong communication with parents and staff is required.
• Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred
• 2-5 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
