Job summary

Woodpark Montessori Burnsville, part of the Endeavor Schools family, seeks a Lead Toddler Teacher to develop and implement Montessori-based curriculum, foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth, and document student progress. You will lead engaging activities and ensure a safe, harmonious classroom environment daily.

Requirements include 2–5 years of experience and Montessori/CDA credentials; strong communication with families and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred
• 2-5 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
