Job summary

Woodpark Montessori Burnsville, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Lead Montessori Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curricula following Montessori pedagogy and to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in toddlers.

You will lead engaging activities, ensure child safety, monitor progress, and foster a collaborative classroom where students and staff enjoy coming to work.

Qualifications

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred.
• 2-5 Years of Experience required.
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
