Job summary

Woodpark Montessori Burnsville, part of Endeavor Schools, seeks a Lead Toddler Teacher to implement Montessori curriculum and nurture early learning across cognitive, social, and emotional domains.

You will plan engaging activities, assess progress, and collaborate with parents and staff to create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom community.

Qualifications

• CDA or Montessori certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Montessori environments.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.
• Willingness to learn and apply Montessori philosophy.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred
• 2-5 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
