Job summary

Woodpark Montessori Burnsville, as part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum, guiding activities to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

You will monitor progress, ensure safety, and collaborate with parents and staff in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Training and development opportunities are provided within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience required.
• State-specific requirements.
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; willingness to learn and follow Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including interaction with parents and staff.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• CDA required/Montessori Certification strongly preferred
