Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can learn and grow. You will partner with families and center leadership to drive enrollment and engagement across our nationwide programs.

Ideal candidates have CDA or NAEYC candidacy, a degree in Early Childhood Education, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners.
