Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor in a classroom, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement across neighborhoods and sites.

The role requires strong English communication, CDA/NAEYC qualifications, CPR/First Aid, and 2–3 years of ECE experience, with a Bachelor's in ECE preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum, tailored to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
