Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classrooms with experienced staff, delivering our curriculum and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment. You will mentor teammates, collaborate with families, and contribute to enrollment and accreditation goals.

Preferred qualifications include a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years in early childhood education, CPR/First Aid, and state trainer approval. Join us for meaningful daily impact and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
