Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor in the classroom while delivering our curriculum in a way that meets each child’s needs. You will create a safe, nurturing environment, partner with parents, and support center success through enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

If you bring experience in early childhood education, a CDA credential or candidacy, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid, you will fit right in.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in progress.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum ensuring it fits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide excellent care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
