Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Approved state trainer preferred
• Must meet state-specific qualifications and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and wellbeing.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners
