Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a nurturing Teacher to lead and mentor a classroom, implementing our curriculum to meet each child’s unique needs. Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners
