KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in Illinois to guide and mentor fellow teachers, implement the center's curriculum, and create a safe, engaging learning environment for children. You will partner with families and staff to support enrollment, accreditation and community engagement.

The role requires strong customer service and organizational skills, with preferred CDA credential, state trainer approval, and experience in early childhood education.

Competenze

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
