Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in Illinois to guide and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can learn through play. You will partner with parents, support enrollment and accreditation goals, and build strong relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Will meet state qualifications or be willing to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
