KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in Illinois to guide and nurture young learners. You will mentor fellow teachers, implement the center's curriculum, and partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education every day.

Join a team dedicated to child development, accreditation goals, and community partnerships, with a focus on safety, engagement, and growth for children and families.

Competenze

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in progress; state trainer approved preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred; teaching background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain certifications; CPR/First Aid preferred.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
