Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classrooms with energy and compassion. You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with staff to deliver our LE AP Curriculum® and ensure a safe, nurturing space that supports infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

You will communicate progress to families, partner with leadership to meet enrollment goals, and build strong relationships within the center to promote joyful learning and development.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Immunizations, employment physicals, and health and safety training required.
• Experience in childcare with classroom leadership.
• A deep-rooted passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to play, learn, and grow.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.
• Maintain safety and nurture in the learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues.
