Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners in our child care centers. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support the center’s success. This role requires dedication to licensing guidelines and ongoing training within our Master Teacher program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Must have 12 ECE credits or a CA approved CDA.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation per licensing guidelines.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement.
