The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher to set the academic foundation for lifelong learning and to inspire joy, curiosity and confidence in young minds. As a Lead Teacher you’ll act as an ambassador of happiness and lead in creating meaningful moments reflecting our mission.

You will use the LEAP Curriculum® to tailor activities to infants, toddlers and/or preschoolers, while guiding other educators and partnering with families to support development.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for Early Education roles.
• Experience in childcare with classroom leadership responsibilities.
• Must meet state and federal health and safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a welcoming space for children to play, learn and grow.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers and/or preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and provide a nurturing environment.
• Communicate with families about progress and milestones via apps and in person.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support retention and enrollment goals.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to foster learning through play.
