Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher to foster a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom across infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will lead, coach, and mentor teammates while delivering the proprietary L.E.A.P.

Curriculum® and partnering with families to celebrate each child’s growth. You will collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals, model best practices in developmentally appropriate teaching, and create a warm environment where children learn

Qualifications

• Professional teaching experience in early childhood settings.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in your classroom with feedback.
• Manage the classroom ensuring a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model with growth mindset to develop young minds.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum across infants to preschool.
• Create a safe environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents via apps and discussions.
• Support center’s enrollment and engagement goals with staff.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster learning through play.
