Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher to set the academic foundation for lifelong learning. You will be an ambassador of happiness, guiding early education and mentoring other educators using our LEAP Curriculum®.

You’ll lead classrooms for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers, focusing on safety, family communication, and creating a joyful, developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports curiosity and confidence.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Extended experience in a childcare setting with classroom leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, and/or preschool.
• Prioritize safety and maintain a nurturing environment.
• Regularly update families on progress and milestones via apps and in-person.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
